Bookings are for reservation of preferred date; while there is no guarantee that the date selected will be available, we will do our best to help you find the next available date.
Our packages do not include flight costs as flight costs often vary depending on the date preferred and the selected airline. To ensure that our clients are getting the best rate possible we suggest that you book travel accommodations on your own. Should you like us to book your flight for you, simply let us know and we will take care of the flight accommodations. Please note that because flight costs fluxuate on a daily basis, we will increase the flight cost a little to ensure that your payment covers the flight payment. This increase is usually 10% or less. Should the cost of the flight be less than the amount paid, you will be refunded the remaining amount.
While majority of our procedures require a physical workup (blood tests, etc) prior to arrival in Turkey, our Surgeons will conduct their own tests prior to performing any operation. Should your results deem not suitable for surgery, you will not be required to pay the remaining balance owed. If you decide to stay in Turkey for the originally planned duration of your stay, you will only be charged housing accommodations fees.
All bookings require a non-refundable 10% deposit; this deposit is to confirm your date of preference. Should your date not be available, we will ensure to find a date that works for you There will be no additional fees for finding an alternative date that works for you. In addition, the 10% deposit will be deducted from the total cost of the procedure.
Remaining costs will be required prior to service being offered; while our customers have the ability to pay for the total cost of the procedure up-front, it is not mandatory. Upon arrival in Turkey, you will undergo a pre-operative examination to ensure that you are fit for surgery, at that time the remaining balance will be required.
